Women Supporting Each Other – Vol 8

This is a women in business series that will post every Monday for a few months.

I find it so important for women to network, to share tips and tricks, and to spread the love they have for each other with support and encouragement. This series will share some of my girlfriend’s passions with others and allow my readers the chance to get to know a product or business. I hope you all enjoy the series!

Volume 10 – Sarah Thompson – Tastefully Simple

IMAG1227I just had to get in on the action and talk about Tastefully Simple too. Especially since TS has made so many big changes just in the last year since I became a consultant. So here are my answers to the questions.

Q: What is the product/ company that you are working with?

A: Tastefully Simple

Q: What made you start doing this?

A: I love the products and have used them for literally years, so I finally got a group of girls together to host a party. When my consultant (that I just found on the website, I did not know her at all) came over and saw what I had made for my tasting party she said, “you should really just do this yourself” and when all I had to do was order one of the meals kits to become a consultant, I said “hey why not!” This meant I could get a discount on all the products I was already using and gives me an excuse to throw parties for all my girlfriends – WIN WIN!44a166d0-0af3-44af-99ec-88d6dacfc524

Q: What is the one thing that makes you stay with it?

A: I love the products, the company motto and camaraderie, and I love having go to recipes and easy answers for “What’s for Dinner?”

Q: What has working with this company or freelancing in this way allowed you to do that you couldn’t before?

A: I have made amazing friends, gotten to form a great group of multi product consultants that get together to throw parties, and get the benefits of a little extra cash here and there.

Q: Anything else that you really want to share about what you do or what you rep for?

A:  TS is always innovating and updating what we do! We recently changed almost all of our seasoning products to TS EatWell status, which means no added color, preservatives, and chemicals…it’s all natural! Our gluten free line is really well received by those that need that option and amazing recipes are developed all the time! It’s wonderful to support this hometown company (made right here in Alexandria, MN) and know that the suggestions we, as consultants and consumers, make are taken to heart and considered. Our voice matters! That’s an amazing company to represent!

Pictured above is one of our awesome Dinner Mixers, this box comes with recipes, seasonings and a grocery list and couldn’t be easier! Our serving cost is around $3 per serving, those other meal kits can be anywhere from $5-$12 per serving and most of them don’t allow you to choose the proteins and vegetables you want. This is an awesome way to try new recipes without being stuck with whole bottles of seasonings. Check them out!

I have shared a lot of my favorite recipes here and will continue to do so because I stand by this product. I hope you all get the chance to check out the new line and have “Dinner Decided” too!
